4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Clients must comply with:

You are solely responsible for:

5. Payments & Billing

  • Subscription services renew monthly unless canceled in advance.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, automation workflows, and software configurations created by Scale Bulk remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their:

  • Brand assets

  • Customer data

  • Campaign content

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Business strategies

  • Client data

  • Technical processes

  • Pricing agreements

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scale Bulk shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption

  • WhatsApp account suspensions

  • Third-party platform downtime

  • Loss of profits or revenue

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the last 30 days.

9. Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • False information is provided

Clients may cancel services with prior written notice as per agreement terms.
